Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to the customer.

Delivery times for international orders vary dependent on the country it is being shipped to.

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful or attempted delivery to the order address.

Orders are currently being shipped from Trinidad & Tobago.


Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please CONTACT US within 7 days of receipt of purchase to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) to get authorization for the return/exchange.

Please provide us with the following information: YOUR NAME, YOUR COMPANY NAME (if applicable), YOUR INVOICE NUMBER, ITEM to be returned AND QTY to be returned.

Merchandise must be shipped within 7 days of the receipt of the return authorization number (RAN).

Please note, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped and they must be shipped back in their original packaging with original invoice and return authorization number included.

All shipping charges on returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product.

Sale items are final sales only.


  • All sealed items, packages and boxes are non- returnable when already opened.
  • Cut materials (trims, chains, braids, fringes, cords, feathers, elastic, fabric, accessories and all other items that are cut upon order) are non-returnable.
  • Feathers are non-returnable.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Specially ordered merchandises and custom-made items are non-returnable.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

We urge customers to select these items carefully and take the necessary precautions before purchasing a non-returnable item.

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We strongly suggest that you get a tracking number for return.

We are not responsible for lost returns and you should also consider purchasing shipping insurance, since there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
